Account Compatibility
AIRCHARGE is compatible with a wide base of front-end merchant processors.
A merchant account’s compatibility with the AIRCHARGE solution is determined by which “FRONT-END” processor they are on. Front-end processors are the main connection point to the credit card banking system that most financial institutions utilize.
PLEASE NOTE: It is important for you to determine who your true "FRONT-END" processor is. Information on front-end processors can usually be found on your monthly merchant account statement. If it is not identified on your statement, you can simply ask your merchant account provider.

PLEASE NOTE: AIRCHARGE does not provide merchant accounts. Chances are you already are accepting credit cards and therefore have an already established merchant account. Remember there is no need for you to change your account if you are one of the front-end processors listed above. In the event you do not have a merchant account, you are open to many options for obtaining one (banks, merchant processing providers, industry associations, etc.)
The table below outlines AIRCHARGE merchant account requirements that allow us to map to our compatible front-end processors. This information would be useful to your merchant account provider.

AIRCHARGE strongly suggests that you use your phone SIM card pin protection to password protect your phone! This will protect your data, phone book, and unwanted use if your phone is lost or stolen.
