Installation & Manual for iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch
Below are the instructions to load AIRCHARGE software onto your
iPhone. For additional assistance on loading your software, please contact us during regular business hours.
LOAD AIRCHARGE SOFTWARE
- Go to the App Store on your iPhone
- Press the Search button at the bottom of the screen
- Enter "Aircharge" in the search bar and press the Search button
- Press the Aircharge application icon
- Press the Install button on the top right of the screen. Enter your iTunes password if prompted
- After download is complete you should now see the AIRCHARGE program on your device.
SETTING UP MERCHANT SYSTEM
- Scroll to the AIRCHARGE application and press the icon button.
- Press the Setup button. Please write down the Phone ID and call us at 866-718-2800.
We do initial software setups M - F from 9am to 5:00pm CST. (PLEASE DO NOT CALL FROM THE CELL PHONE BEING ACTIVATED)
